This is a rare breed that the feathers are used to make fly-ties for fishing. In the past fly-tie fishermen only sold to other fly-tie enthusiasts so they were near impossible to get unless you were part of that elite circle. Thankfully after 60 years the poultry fancy has been allowed to get eggs from this breed. My birds come directly from one such fly-tie breeder. Sadly health is forcing me to part with most of my birds. Email or message me for more information.
